Embarking on a journey of innovation, collaboration and progress, Engr. Roger F. Bustillo auspiciously founded RFB Construction Corporation, and from thereon, laid the solid foundations on which it built its enduring legacy.

Over the past six years, RFB Construction Corporation went through profound changes and developments in an effort to better provide quality projects and services to its value minded clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Having to work with just about 10 individuals during its earlier stages, I am proud to share that our company presently stands with more than 800 workforces committed to emulate to the best of their abilities and judgment the very same values RFB Construction Corporation was founded and continues to firmly stand for.
